    1. Lead generation • Identify and map all influencers – masons and contractors for the consumption centers covered • Identify and map all construction sites for the consumption centers covered • Visit consumption centers as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP) Scout and visit construction sites and meet consumers within the consumption centers • Ensure effective execution of all planned consumer and influencer engagement activities like roadshows, van campaigns, meets etc.; generate leads from these activities • Build consumer/ influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads 2. Lead Conversion • Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Tata PRAVESH from superiors and cascade them to consumption center wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same • Ensure dealer development and motivation towards PR VESH sales and generation of adequate sales funnel; promote new products / SKUs as planned • Ensure seamless connect with dealer for physical product demo to consumer/influencer and order booking 3. Self-Development • Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions I • Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working (using the Field coaching card) • Submit all required reports/ MIS/ competitor profiles on time 4. Initiatives • Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems & processes • Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior
