    Executive ? HR & Admin GMR Varalakshmi Foundation (GMRVF), a Section 8 (not-for-profit) Company, is the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of the GMR Group, one of India?s largest industrial groups. GMRVF's thrust areas are Education; Health, Hygiene and Sanitation, Empowerment and Livelihood Development and Community Based Programs. GMRVF has employees working in around 25 locations. We are looking for a committed HR professional who could assist Head ? HR in managing some of the HR and Admin responsibilities listed as follows: Essential HR related responsibilities ? Creating and maintaining employee master data in SAP or other existing portals ? Regular update of records and generating different employee master reports ? Maintaining and keeping track of statutory payments ? PF, ESI etc. ? Maintain, consolidated and send comprehensive inputs for processing payroll ? Assist and coordinate recruitments activities ? Assist in execution of planned on-boarding formalities and orientation ? Maintain data for learning and development initiatives (TNI, training programs attended by employees etc.) ? Time and attendance management, maintaining leave records of employees ? Ensure release of salary every month for outsourced employees ? Assist in other routine HR functions Essential Admin related responsibilities ? Travel management ? booking flight tickets for outstation employees through agents, clearing of bills etc. ? Arranging data cards, as required, maintaining record and clearing of bills in coordination with service provide and F&A department. ? Maintain record of Insurance claims and coordinate until reimbursements ? Maintain and manage stock of Sodexo meal vouchers, general and other stationery, brochures etc. ? Arranging Airport Entry Pass (AEP), ID cards, visiting cards etc. as per need ? Coordinate and create Vendor codes, as required ? Coordinate with F&A for release of faculty and other vendor payments Qualifications & Experience: Masters in any field with about 5 years of experience in managing core HR functions; having working knowledge/experience in SAP would be an added advantage;
